Mr. Asti is an artist, a sculptor, and in his younger years was a highly accomplished musician; having played in numerous groups and symphonies. His great enjoyment as a youngster was having been conducted by some of the finest musicians in the world, to include Alain Lombard, Fredrick Fennell, Arthur Fiedler, and Gary Fagin. His art and architectural works have won awards from the Memphis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Arkansas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the City of Little Rock. His art has been seen in the seven state regional Delta Art Exhibit and Competition at the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens, in Memphis, Tennessee, at Youth Home’s Eggshibition and has been displayed in a show of Art by Architects sponsored by the Arkansas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, which toured throughout the Southeast United States.
